Helping the Small and Micro Businesses get back to business.

Karin started providing business solutions in 2004. By then, she had worked for almost 20 years for a variety of businesses as a Buyer, including Chevron, Honeywell, the US Forest Service, and Knight Ridder.  International work was the goal, and boy it was incredible!  But becoming a mom changed her focus and direction forever.  Her desire to own her own business and help others grow their's was not new.  No, that started in 1985.  But in 2004, she decided to take the plunge.  Becoming a QuickBooks ProAdvisor allowed her to help local small businesses have access to great affordable accounting support.  But she found that small businesses don't always have someone on-staff that understands bookkeeping, much less how to use the data to help grow their business.  Most small businesses seem to compile data because they have to for tax purposes. 

Recognizing that technology has changed, she now uses cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks Online.  These programs have created efficiencies for small businesses and cut down on time and costs for both set-up as well as ongoing financial management. And... now small businesses can have real-time access to their books, and easy to understand reporting so they can steer their companies with intelligence!
